Myself, my organizations and my partner have over a million dollars in purchases from Stewart.. I brought one of my Company vehicles in for service. It took five weeks to “fix” the issue at a cost of $5,400+. The problem is the issue was never really resolved. The same issue arose after the service and I brought the vehicle to another vendor. They fixed it for $800.00. I NEVER write bad reviews. Check my history. I resorted to this form of communication because the lack of response from the service department. Sales department did respond as they understand the importance of customers… I know, personally, without our customers “we are nothing.” I am very very disappointed. When Neil worked there we always got results… No more… we won’t be back.

I have purchased a little over 10 cars in the past 15 years from multiple dealerships, and this was by far the best experience I had buying a new car. The whole staff at Stewart was very friendly and accommodating, I was very pleased with the sales and finance part as well as the technical advisor who helped setup the car and showed us around all the car features. Everyone was very transparent, never felt pressured and pushed in any way. All our questions were answered and we were given many different options in terms of financing and leasing. I really enjoyed the transparency in terms of added coverage or plans while I never felt pressured in adding anything I didn't think I needed. I would definitely recommend visiting Stewart if you're thinking of buying a Chevy. Oh and we love our new 2022 Tahoe!

This place is expensive, I am new in the field and this was the 1st time I went for a car service in my life. They charged me $1078. For tire rotation, oil change, filter change, Break oil. When I received the bill it was $738 for the labor change. When I asked the same thing could easily been done outside in $500 max. I went to this service center cuz authorized Chevrolet service center. I should have seen the reviews before visiting.

Lucy Byers is not a Sales Director. Not even a real person. It is a chat not pretending to be human, and in the meanwhile casually forgetting to mention that every single vehicle I'm interested in have been recalled.
