This service department is dishonest, unethical, and completely impossible to communicate with over the phone. I have moved around the country and had Dodge vehicles for the last 14 years and never have I had such terrible customer service and outright lying to me about the repairs "needed" on my vehicle. Back in November, I brought it my vehicle for an oil change. The technician claimed I needed to replace the breaks ASAP. When I took the vehicle to another repair shop for a second opinion, the brakes were fine. A couple weeks ago, I brought in the same vehicle to Steward Dodge Service because I received an error message I thought might be covered under warranty. The technician only communicated through text and took 5 days to diagnose the problem, which of course was not covered under warranty and was estimated to cost $3000 to repair. I just had the supposedly faulty part repaired two years ago for only $250, but could not speak to the technician about this prior repair because she will not call me. When I call and leave messages for ANYONE in service, they are completely ignored. This service department is highly unethical and completely impossible to speak to about your vehicle. I won't be buying another Dodge again!

Same here. One's call is routed to Cadillac operator then routed back to Stewart service 3 or 4 times before you get lucky. Then if you have your car in their dearlership service- good luck.
