Same here. One's call is routed to Cadillac operator then routed back to Stewart service 3 or 4 times before you get lucky. Then if you have your car in their dearlership service- good luck.
Yeah they really suck there, tried forever for the same and gave up. Seems to be the standard for these places for FCA
I called and emailed and haven’t heard from service in three days. Such a bummer FCA dealers provide such consistently poor customer service. I’ve tried all dealerships in the area since the Marin dealer closed. They are all suboptimal. :(
