This place is a mosquito infested dump! It has the necessary hookups. It needs mowing and has the whole time I've been here. My company is paying the bill, I personally would not pay to stay in this dump.

Stayed here for 10 weeks. Place is quiet, kept clean, has laundromat with drop off service. Management team is awesome.

Lets be honest......this is a campground for the oil patch workers! It's in the middle of a field, right beside the RR tracks & is 95% 'long term' units they live in! The owner/manager was very nice....gave us a spot for the night, & the laundry room was large so I got laundry done. It's a gravel parking lot divided into trailer sites with water/sewer & hydro. Not a tree in sight! It's a last resort place to park for the night if you are 'travelling through' - because campgrounds are rare out there!
