The lady who runs it is a racist and has no respect for tenants who pay their bills on time and maintain the inside and outside of their property. disregards state law and places 3 day eviction notice without providing tenants with explanation or what rule in the contract was breached. insist that tenants pay $100 a day for any guest they have in their home (but only when they disapprove of guest due to their race).

Very happy with our stay. There was an issue with the lot we were to be staying in which the manager took care of right away. Very easy in and out. Put this on our list of parks to stop at. Would definitely recommend this park.

Nice location for an overnighter. Got site 1, next to the pond with a deck on our site that butts up with the pond. Highly suggest this site. The showers and bathrooms were clean. Quiet location and friendly management. We would stay here again.
