Shower worked well, room ok They run out of hot food at 06.30 am, the rest of the food was almost gone too. Staff couldn't care less. Reply to the general manager: I told the reception desk that there was no food anymore, and they replied that the freezer and fridge was empty. They could not care less! Ask all the other guests... I am a Diamond Select member

Positive: The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We were surprised by the breakfast! Usually, a free breakfast has limited selection. This was a full breakfast and the attendant kept everything fully stocked and clean. Will definitely stay again. Negative: When booking, I wish I had known there was no elevator because I would have definitely asked for a first floor room.

Just don't. I stayed here with my mom on 03/27/22. It was horrible. First off to put females in the very back of a hotel is stupidty and not safe. Barely lit up and lots of truckers. They also gave us a smoking room. The smell was so awful...we could barely breathe. The shower temperature went from somewhat warm to scalding hot the whole 5min i was in there and the towels felt like sandpaper. The tv did not work and the peephole was scratched so we couldnt see out. Only good thing was they had breakfast and they allowed dogs. We complained in the morning and they didnt offer any money back. Honestly this place should aoley be for truckers. This is not a hotel for females or children. Stay away.
