Ok first off what a great place… Very well managed owners are nice and the people here are great. If you liked a the reviews and see that fifth wheel they have evicted the tenant he the 5th wheel is now gone and management now has to clean up a huge mess from the people with the fifth wheel. Tbis place is great prices are nice people are nice my kid enjoy playing at the park and it’s very family friendly. If I could give 20 stars I would ….definitely recommend lovely to everyone

Do not rent at this park the park manager William Eddie Lynch fights with everyone and fowl mouth on him yells at your kids and dangerous situations

I do not recommend this park. If you don't have Verizon for a cell phone, you won't get any phone service. The owners are doing things backwards, in that they are renting spaces before building the amenities. There is only porta potty, no showers, no laundry, or club house. They are still building out the park. It may end up being a nice park one year when it's done, but you need to know if you want cell phones you have to have Verizon. They offer wifi but we couldn't get it to work at all. We were not happy at all. So be warned.
