L&B Travel / Sebastian are truly the best in the business. They are on top of every detail, do their absolute best to take care of the clients, and are a pleasure to work with. I booked a trip to Italy and Greece, which required quite a few transfers as we really wanted to explore the area, everything went extremely smooth. There was not one issue the whole trip, we had the time of our lives and can't thank L&B enough. I 100% plan to use L&B for next trip, and all others going forward. Recently, I needed to book a complicated itinerary for two people to go to Tahiti, with very specific requirements for both the air travel and the hotel accommodations. In addition, the trip had lots of moving parts with ferry connections and inter-island air travel. After days of trying to make the reservations myself, I gave up in frustration and turned over the problem to the friendly and capable staff at L & B Travel. I thought it might be days before I heard from them, but the next day I had an itinerary which was very close to what I wanted. Their excellent team made several suggestions that showed they absolutely knew their way around Tahiti, and their suggestions actually improved the overall itinerary. One day later, it was all arranged. I then had several days in which to think over the arrangements before purchasing, which is a luxury not available when booking for oneself online. Working with Svetlana, Sunny, and Sebastian, was an extraordinary pleasure. They went above and beyond to arrange a perfect trip. I am very happy to have found them and will never book my own travel again!
