DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR TRAVEL SEVICES! They just get paid and don’t service their clients. My mom got COVID and couldn’t get on the flight. It’s been 2 days we’re trying to reschedule for her flight to be delayed for 2 weeks! They took the money to reschedule us for another flight day. But never booked anything for my mom! WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY ALSO HAVE A LOT OF EXCUSES ON NOT GETTING THINGS DONE BECAUSE THEY’RE “short staff” I would never use this company for any traveling purposes AGAIN! You’re better off booking it yourself. Cause they will charge you but not service you!

Very professional customer service; they called me a few times to follow up to reschedule my mom’s flight since it was canceled due to COVID. The gentleman was great as far as follow up with me; I kinda had forgotten about this! I really appreciate their level of professionalism. They always pick up the phone early in the morning or late evening; I definitely recommend Shahrezad Travel Agency.

I dealt with this travel agency for the first time, and it certainly will be my last! The people working there have absolutely no understanding of professionalism. They think they are living in Iran and doing business the same way is done there. They purchased my ticket from Turkish Airline which charges $25 as cancellation fee, but they charged me $155. Outrageous! If you want to do business with this agency, think again!
