Pros Kristi ✨is the best! Kristi gets 100 Stars.💫 Her customer service and response time are immaculate! The company gets 4 Stars. The Storage prices are one of the best in town hands down. Cons The caveat is having to climb the ladder stairs to store your stuff if you get an upper storage space (Make your boxes light), hence lower prices, but good size space. As for the payment system. The company makes it difficult for you to make your late payments. Your online payments will be disabled, and you still have a late fee. I think you call and pay over the phone, but not sure if they might add a charge, or want you to come in with cash. I had to come in with cash on checkout. Also you can’t make partial payments early or late. But guess what! Trust and believe, they will auction your stuff off without delay. Also the $10 insurance on top of your storage price is a ripoff. You can get your own insurance for less, but they won’t let you. They should just make it part of the price, but then they would have to advertise higher prices. Overall, still the best prices I saw. Don’t take extra money from me (Insurace) and don’t make a difficult situation (Late payment) More difficult! Stick to you auction off rules, but don’t disable the online payment. So 4 Stars. You guys are good, but I know you can do better. And once again, Kristi really does her best to help you!!! Kristi gets 100 Stars!!!! Give her a raise!!! People in customer service are usually just there for the paycheck. But Kristi really goes out of her way to help you!

My experience is that AA storage was positive, straightforward, and accessible. The staff here is very friendly. I thought I would feel negatively that it was not open 24 hrs, however, it turns out this was very positive. The whole facility shuts down at 6pm and is very secure. I would definitely use this storage again.

Tony and Kristi were always very helpful. When we needed to move to a larger storage unit and there was not one available we checked in (a lot) to see if one had come up they were always patient with all my husbands questions and we would still have a storage unit there had we not got a bigger place I would absolutely use A American self storage again!
