Barbara and Scott are AMAZING!!!!! Seriously, I had the toughest day trying to move and they made it so easy and somehow fun!! They made me laugh, walked me so thoroughly through every step and made sure I had a seamless move in. Please give them a raise!! And go in during the week- trust me, it’s better!!!

Dealing with storage units can be exhausting, difficult and challenging. Especially when staff is unfriendly and not very helpful. However, When my wife and I meet Scott at public storage on Washington he was EXTREMELY HELPFUL and understanding of our time sensitive needs. Scott providing us with excellent customer service by making sure our drivers/movers had space, he checked on us through out the move in and even made sure we had the best deal walking us around the units making sure we felt comfortable with the unit we picked. Thank you Scott for going above and behind. It’s the small things that matter Especially during times like this.
