You are paying for a 7x10x8 storage but you are only allowed to use less than that because of "caltrans regulations". But yet you're paying for the full space. Don't make sense. Not worth it. I don't know how this facility has 4.1 stars

This was my first experience using Fort self storage. I was skeptical because of the location, but I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. We were able to reserve a storage space on the phone which was very convenient. I walked in and was greeted promptly. I had their full attention. Every item on the contract was explained fully. All of my questions were answered. After the office I went to check out my storage space. Clean. Very very clean. They run a tight ship here. I will definitely use this place again and Susie was THE most helpful person that I’ve come in contact with in a retail setting in quite a while. Thank you Fort self storage for such an amazing experience!!

I recently was looking around for storage places and I came upon Fort Self Storage and I'm glad I did because I was greeted by staff and had an easy process of setting up my new storage. I was helped by Robert and he explained everything to me clearly and I felt very satisfied knowing that the staff was knowledgeable. Setting up my storage was a breeze and I'd be sure to recommend Fort Self Storage to anyone I know.

Staff completely took me by surprise with their expertise and knowledge. Were patient with me when I asked questions and were able to explain it to me in a way that wasn’t complicated, prices are affordable to a point where it doesn’t become an extra bill. Roberto was very helpful and was very professional when breaking information down. The area is a little shady but they assured me that there would be no issues 5/5 service!
