I have been a long-time customer of this Storage facility and am a fan of the clean and convenient Public Storage facility. Every time I have been at the facility I was assisted by Dolores, who is super helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and overall amazing. I have dealt with Dolores on numerous occasions who responded very quickly and went out of her way to handle my issue to my satisfaction. She showed me the Public Storage app which is very efficient for accessing the facility, elevator and parking area. I want to commend her on her customer service. The units and service are great. Highly recommend!

Thus far my experience here has only been great. I've been at the facility a few times and each time I was assisted by Dolores, who is helpful, knowledgeable and generally lovely. She got me set up with a unit after giving me a tour of available spaces, and advised on the advantages of each floor. She showed me the Public Storage app which is surprisingly efficient for accessing the facility and elevator.

Raina and Delores were both very helpful. They were quick and efficient with explaining the building, showing me the unit, and walking me through the contract, as well as demonstrating the code system and providing carts. They also honored a slightly lower rate from an original reservation I made online when that unit was no longer available and there was a more expensive substitute. In all they helped make the process as painless as possible.
