Never received my package someone from this company put the wrong address and I couldn’t pick up my package from Fedex after trying to call for days only voicemail, so I emailed the company they stated I will get it the next day, nothing. Know call no package now I want my money back. I had to return my customers money for not being able to have my products made in time and took a big lost they never ask how can we be of better service to you just you will get a refund when we get the package.wow this is not right.

I called and the attendant was very helpful and patient with my questions. they had the herbs i was looking for so I drove to the shop in ELA. Loved the atmosphere and had a wonderful conversation with the young lady who offered alternatives to a herb they did not have. Them she located a small bag of what i wanted. Love this store. Pi

I was given the wrong information by a clerk who said a herb was in stock that wasn't and drove a long distance only to find a rude cashier saying that don't have it. I wouldn't buy anything from this shop. Also, their herbs have proposition 65 warnings of chemicals on the herbs that cause birth defects. Not the type of stuff you want to be injesting.
