Ive been here 6 mo. recovering from medical issues. Yes its not a 5* hotel but the staff really cares and does their best with all our needs. Its hard when residents are difficult and wont eat or shower. Or if they are mentally not there. The nurses and aids still do their very best. I would recommend this place to everyone. I liked being here.

Not sure if I am telling about the facility overall, or about the recent visit I made there. The visit was nice. I miss being able to be a volunteer song leader for more than 1 individual at a time. It was nice to see others, but frustrating to not be able to minister to them also at this point.

No Need To Know

Don't work there or send a loved on there. The DNS Tiffany has power trip issues. If you challenge her she'll find reasons to fire or make employees quit. She doesn't care about the residents like she claims. Also, she was fired from her previous job. (Just listen to the CNAs and you learn a lot) I use to visit my parent there. The nurse would always help me and my parent. I never saw her not working. Other nurses I would see sitting around on their phones. I saw Tiffany yell at my parent's nurse for being in a office ordering medications and calling the doctor on her lunch break. My parent's nurse told me she would take care of my parent's issues during her lunch. She was eating and working through her lunch. The DNS was really nasty and rude to this nurse because she was in a office. This poor nurse wasn't even given a chance to say this is my lunch break. I witnessed this. I went to go visit this nurse to thank her for everything she had done for my parent. Working through her breaks and lunches to get medications and orders for her residents etc. I found out she was fired on "trumped up" claims made by Tiffany from CNA.

This place is a terrible place to work at AND have your family member at. The place is unsanitary, the people who work there don't do there jobs correctly, and the new management could give 2 craps about the residents. Nothing is ever ordered on time and the people there are rude and selfish aside from a few who have home training. DO NOT SEND ANYONE HERE.
