Didn't even really have a chance to check this park out. There was homeless encampment here. My wife and I did not feel safe. We went back to our car and left.

Awesome place to toss horse shoes, bathrooms are always presentable and soon a 9 basket disc golf corse in the works.

Actually a lot nicer than I originally thought. The trails are well maintained and used regularly. Not as many unsavory characters as I imagined would be in here, but I do always walk with my 80lb pit bull.

Local, quiet (short) hike. Has a nice kids park in the parking area / trailhead. Small discrete signs provide insight another what is growing around your feet (wild Washington grapes, etc.). A good day hike for families.

I have only really seen them using the bathrooms washing up and or changing clothing or something. Never had any issues with them being vulgar, dirty or a problem at all the several different times I've been there with my young child in the last couple of years now. I'm not sure if there's any time limit because I haven't even really seen more than one or two homeless at this park like ever! So I wouldn't know if your questions are really any that apply to this particular park. If that help at all?
I dont believe it's a specific dog park as there are toys to play on for children. I'm not sure about leash laws in Bremerton though..
There is no camping at Forest Ridge Park.
