I have only really seen them using the bathrooms washing up and or changing clothing or something. Never had any issues with them being vulgar, dirty or a problem at all the several different times I've been there with my young child in the last couple of years now. I'm not sure if there's any time limit because I haven't even really seen more than one or two homeless at this park like ever! So I wouldn't know if your questions are really any that apply to this particular park. If that help at all?
You kinda did I'm just in kind of a tuff spot and I was trying to find a spot for a day or two no money until Monday then I'd be ok tyvm for responding
