It is a literal parking lot for $50/night in an area that looks super unsafe. We were uncomfortable even leaving the trailer there over night. Stay anywhere else but here.

If you only want electricity, water, a place to dump and just a pad, ok. No WiFi and it’s not inline with most RV parks daily rates with EVERYTHING you would expect, $50..00 a night, MUCH TOO high.

450.00 to 550.00 depending on size of space available. Can give you all-inclusive or monthly rent plus electric (if you are staying longer than 3 or 4 months. With that will be a background check of 40.00 non-refundable, then if everything passes, pay your deposits plus rent. If you only stay a few months, price will be all inclusive(water,sewer,trash,electric)
