I was in the store this morning and a very rude woman was handling one of the registers. I was at the back of a long line that she was helping with on the other register by checking out cash or ApplePay customers. Once the line wound down, she called out “Next customer” so I stepped up to the counter even though I wasn’t paying with ApplePay or cash. After she rings me up she says that she could only take cash or ApplePay but it was the attitude that she said it that caused the problem. Even though she said “Next Customer” she believed that I should have figured it out on my own. Things would’ve easily blown over if she hadn’t then stared at me with an irritated look including her looking at me with a scowl all of the way to my car and as I started to pull away. Please let her know that she doesn’t have to worry about me any long because I’ll never shop at this location again.

This 7-11 is closest to my home and most convenient to stop however I won’t shop here again. It’s brand new yet it’s a guessing game as to what gas pump card reader is working. So I think going inside to pre-pay will help not have to use the card reader. I pre-pay and wait for attendant to turn on pump. Go back in and tell him it’s not on so he tells me try now. I go back out wait again as it’s not on. Press the call button with no reply. Go back in again and he says their pumps don’t take pre-pay then asks for my receipt that he didn’t offer me after paying. Luckily he found it and had to refund me and I had to go to another gas station to pump gas. I’ve stopped here so many times with the gas pump card readers not working so it’s not a 1 time occurrence. 7-11’s are great but this one sucks.

This lady should not be working for your business!she has zero customer service skills! I'm not one to leave reviews but for her , She is coughing around the store not covering her mouth as well touching product this without sanitizing. Whe Confronted she told me I didn't have to be in the store! Never will I step inside this business again and cooperate with be informed as well! And then she has the balls to tell me to leave! Whhen I asked whats her name she says she doesn't have a name! What kind of customer service are you providing 711???? Will NEVER step foot in that store again!

Great location off Miles and 190. Staff is super cheerful and welcoming. The gas price is more competitive than nearby stations, so you usually will get a great price. The store is brand new and kept very clean. There are plenty of pumps, an ATM, bathrooms, and any snack you could imagine.
