Went and viewed this lovely place with my wife and kids yesterday after we put in our application. All I can say is fingers crossed, this is the most perfect place I’ve ever seen for my family. My son absolutely loved the apartment we were shown and just kept talking about how nice it was, and my wife loved it too. Hoping for the best! ❤️

Very nice place everything about this is perfect except one this. They don’t have good wifi. Literally only wifi that works over here is CenturyLink which is very slow compared to my old wifi Xfinity that was 900mbps and the highest CenturyLink is over here is 40mbps. I wouldn’t have moved here if I knew that. Was not told either when coming here. Also call and plan your slow wifi a month before moving here that’s usually how long they take to set it up. Even though it’s self setup and they ship it to your house they can only activate it certain days which when I called June 4th for it they said they can’t start it until June 30th. Besides the Wifi situation these apartments are great!!

When I moved in, the apartment was not clean. The paint job only went 3/4 to ceiling and it was different paint so you could see where they stopped and the splattered it on the floor throughout the apartment and it was not cleaned. They listed it as a 2 bedroom but there was no closet in the second room. When I moved out, I broke my lease and expected the lease break fee and the last of the utilities but I cleaned the apartment and still ended up getting charged just over a thousand dollars extra. There were several other little things that just continued to pile up. Be cautious when renting here.

I lived here for 5 years. The office staff really care and tried to help with any issues as much as they could. The maintenance crew responds quickly and does the best job they can. Overall I enjoyed my years at Ranchstone. The fees added by Pinnacle Management company are outrageous but the staff at Ranchstone have no control over that.

My wife says during the school year it can cause heavy traffic down Carlson Dr, but outside of the normal pickup and dropoff times there isn't too much traffic.
1 bedrooms run around 1195-1250 ramge; more for short term lease (6 mos or less). Not sure if any run less; check for specials. Low deposits. Longer lease = lower rent. Most units are beautifully renovated w/wood floors, stainless appliances, mosaic tile backsplash. Lots of elec outlets, extra high ceilings, roomy interiors. Beautiful grounds & amenities, responsive mgmt/mtc, least expensive but best location for apartments in Parker. Quiet, near dog park & frisbee golf course, walking paths outside your door. Well-built for lots of privacy & minimal disturbance from neighbors noise. 6 year resident; highly recommended. Great place to live!
