Great facilities great management and employees. Tony was an outstanding representative of the company and made the experience easy and enjoyable. ****Update after 2 years***** We have been using this storage for 2 years now and the service is as good or even better than my initial review. Tony and his team are always helpful and have helped when I lost my keys and when I needed another unit for more items. Please consider this location. This is a great place.

I rented a space and paid for the 1st. month. 2 days later I realized I needed a larger space. I called StorQuest and spoke with Tony. Unfortunately they didn't have any larger ones. They were very nice about it and canceled my contract and refunded my total amount. They were awesome and pleasant from the beginning . Their customer service went way above what most places would do by refunding my initial payment and doing it cheerfully because of my mistake. Tony was awesome and when I need space again I will definitely call StorQuest. I would recommend them to anybody. Thank you StorQuest

Tony was very good at what he does. Hes friendly, great at giving a tour of the storage area. He was very attentive to what needed attention. So far my experience of just walking in to gain a storage unit has been very welcoming. The prices are very doable even with the onetime admin fee and lock fee they charge so you have the proper lock for safety, they have many camaras. All in all this is a company i will recommend to those who ask where they can go for affordable and secure storage.

Unacceptable. Only giving one star because I have to. We bought a new home and had to put 90% of our belongings into storage for a few months while we waited. We trusted StorQuest to keep our belongings safe and dry... several boxes were water damaged when we moved out. Xbox destroyed, Mac desktop destroyed, several other boxes and items also destroyed. But the most heartbreaking... my kid's newborn memory boxes. Things we can't get back. Needless to say my husband and I are very upset. The only thing we got from the manager was an "i'm so sorry". Now we have to go through the hassle of filing a claim and trying to get some of our things replaced which is just an extra headache that we expected to not have to deal with. Only store your belongings here if you want them to be destroyed!
