I had an excellent experience with Kayla in January, so I booked again with her for this morning. I recently found out about some allergies I have, and came to my appointment hoping to get help finding some allergy friendly hair products, along with my haircut. When I informed the front desk attendants about my allergy concerns and request for help finding new products, it set off a chain reaction to protect themselves in case I had a reaction to something as opposed to helping me find something that they had that I could use. I understand their concerns. I don’t understand their unwillingness to help and immediate defensive stance that resulted in their refusal to serve me. When I asked about the option to read the ingredients on their products, I got the runaround. They gave me the option to go home (after driving 40 minutes to get there) to get my own products (which I’d already stated I was looking for new products), or rescheduling my appointment. All this after consulting the salon manager and waiting for response from their district manager, without having me actually speak to anyone other than the original ladies I spoke with up front. I felt very frustrated in my search for hair products going in, and was hoping for help, and only got my appointment canceled instead. Very disappointing and frustrating experience. In response to the manager response below, I definitely had my list with me and showed it to your staff when I was there this morning. I’m uninterested in returning to your salon.

I have been seeing Audrey for over 3 years now, and she is absolutely fabulous! She is wonderful with color, meticulous with her cuts, and takes time to listen and understand what I'm looking for each time. She also gives amazing scalp massages and is a great conversationalist (very important when you are spending a few hours together every several months!). The salon has convenient parking and an convenient location with several restaurants nearby if you need to grab a bite before/after.

I have never felt so wronged by a hair salon in my life. I was rescheduled TWICE (each time ONE hour before my appointment. The staff did nothing at all to apologize or try to get me in same day or sooner. I was rescheduled way in the future. I planned my whole weekend and money around this appointment. I was excited. Your whole model is about being “good people” and “empowering”? Do better. I was disregarded and pushed to the side.

Ainsley was perfection. Good conversation. Listened to me and got to know me as the hairstyle named 'The Ainsley", was created. This is not because of arrogance, but because the style of haircut is a unique artistic creation and that just seemed right. From the wash, cut, blowdry and style, Ainsley did it all. Will be back and glad I entrusted my look and hair to Ainsley.
