I love this location! They are always on top of their service. The donut are fresh and delicious! I always prefer them over Dunkin Donuts. My favorite is the double chocolate & blueberry. The service is always welcoming and attentive. The donuts are baked fresh everyday in house! Also another plus is that this location is open and operating 24/7.

Walked in at 6:30 this Sunday morning to grab some doughnuts for myself and my coworkers. The whole case was stacked with beautiful fresh doughnuts! They are delicious and I was greeted with very nice employees! Thank you!

This is the best Winchell's out of all of them, W. Colfax and Pierce St. Their cases are always full with fresh donuts and pastries that are made from scratch right there on location. Today we went there and had lunch and (yes they make sandwiches too) and had their Extreme Melts, bacon and avocado and a black forest ham melt. These are so delicious and this is the only Winchell's that makes these. Alfonso runs the place and he is the best and friendliest guy you'll ever want to meet. So if you want scrumptious donuts and pastries give this place a try, you won't be sorry!

This is ridiculous and quite rude. This is how doughnut-making is done traditionally, and there's nothing wrong with using your bare hands. Winchell's makes traditional doughnuts, so they use traditional methods. All real chefs use their bare hands to make food! It's just a fact of life! As long as their hands are clean, there isn't an issue. Ask any professional chef, and they'll tell you the same. Gordon Ramsay will set you straight. Winchell's, if you're reading this: Ignore these entitled people. You did nothing wrong.
