This place is a joke. Exterior was was ok but inside was terrible. I mean look at these photos! Dirt everywhere. Floor mats untouched and covered with mud. $24 for this??? Will never frequent again. Save yourself some money.

The employee who fixed my windshield was amazing, but that’s about all that was. My car was not even close to clean and I bought the supreme wash. While it did look better, it was far from great. :(

They did a horrible job cleaning the inside. I saw a big streak on the driver’s side door and I mentioned to him and he cleaned it then the side mirrors weren’t wiped off. Then I left and noticed that the dashboard and doors were not wiped off completely. Then I noticed in the driver’s side window wasn’t wiped off completely even after the streak was wiped off. They used to take pride in this service but not anymore. Bad experience! Then they wanted to charge $2.50 per floor mat to clean. Totally ridiculous. I will clean my own floor mats and save $10. So I called twice to speak to the manager to voice my complaints and he/she never answered. Poor customer service!!!!

I spent $110 dollars in the superior interior cleaning which was described to me as a detailing. I was without my car for 4 hours which I would understand if the service was performed the way it was described however it seems like they wiped down the bare minimum and cleaned the glass and vacuumed which I could have done myself but I was looking for a deeper clean. The business does not offer refunds and they wanted me to come back another day to fix what they didn’t do but after taking 4 hours it should have been cleaned as the service described. If there had been some compensation, even a partial refund I wouldn’t feel it necessary to write such a poor review but this was such a disappointing expense and $110 is a lot of money for a lot of people. I shouldn’t have to take more time out of my day after spending over $100 to fix what should have been completed in the first place.
