Zola (neé Toonces) is an awesome kitten, and Kitty City helped connect me with her. The volunteers have enormous hearts and were incredibly patient. They gave me a wealth of information to make Zola's transition to a new household as smooth as possible. Della and Melanie even called Zola's foster mom, Sandy, so that I could learn as much as possible about her temperament and preferences. Sandy was able to point me to a specific toy (tiny mice with rattles) that Zola has adored.

The adoption process at this place was the smoothest process, EVER! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to adopt a cat. The staff is very knowledgable and friendly and the facility is very clean and doesn’t smell like other pet adoption facilities my family has been to.

I have adopted three kittens all from the same litter now from Kitty City and i cannot recommend adopting from this place more, everyone is so friendly and can tell they love their foster cats/kittens. They truly care about the health and well-being of these cats/kittens.
