Everyone in the weight room has great etiquette and some will even offer to spot you if youβre alone. Never had a bad experience there π

Could be a great place but they do not have NOT one basketball court outside the view. They have skate boarding in the park for the kids. I even see where they play soccer and football in the field. But nothing for the kid's who play basketball. It would be nice to have a outdoor basketball court outside the view. All kids don't skate board are play soccer. I Live in Grandview for about ten years and that's all I hear the kid's talking about is playing basketball.

Poor judgement on the part of management to cut costs. More people need to express their opinion to management. I'm a long time member and hate the hours change.
Currently, I believe you'd purchase a "day pass" and the amount depends on your age. Adults are $7.50, children 17 and under are $5.20. They also have options for a "10 day punch pass". I'd suggest calling during business hours for other questions.
Call them and ask But it looks like seniors citizens Get a discount anyway
It depends on the day, but never too crowded, and the people are nice. I'm there 5 days a week
Well they have a kid zone so I feel that it's useful for all ages

Yes, all yoga classes are open to people of all skill levels. Instructors will give modified positions for different skill levels if needed.
Yes, open.
They have judo on Tuesday and Thursday night. 7 to 750 with the first class being free. Try it out.
They will have to purchase a day pass. Kids and seniors are $6, adults are $9.
Yes, closed Thanksgiving and open 8am-4pm on Black Friday.
November 21, at 5pm
Yes. Pool hours are 30 minutes after the facility opens and closes 30 minutes prior to the facility closure.
My insurance pays for my membership so I am not sure. Check their website.
No,but you'll like everything else they have.give it a try!
No, there is not a sauna.
Yes, a parent or guardian must sign you in first though.
Check their website and some insurance will pay for it,
Adult Day Pass is $7.50, Youth Day Pass (17 & under) is $5.20
If you take the trail from Meadowmere park all the way to the Marina, figure about 7 miles one way. If you go from Meadowmere and loop the trail around O'Donnel Park, figure around 3 miles round trip. I usually take the southern trail around O'Donnel as it is more woodsy or shaded. After crossing the river the 2nd time (3rd bridge), I just turn around and head back. That portion is all paved also. It would be around 3.6 miles round trip.
Yes, they are open during the daytime. I'm not 100% sure on the hours, but I think it's 8am-4pm. You may want to call and double check the hours.
It's 25 yards or 22.86 meters.
I've seen some classes offered on Saturday mornings, but do not know the details. Looks like online, it shows there are different age-grouped dance classes, but I'd suggest calling them during business hours to find out more.
How much does it cost for a senior single pass
