For the last 12 weeks we have had issues with them picking up our yard waste except for 2 weeks. I’ve called every week to figure out the problem. It’s not hard they are not driving the route. Period. I’ve expressed this to the lady on the phone multiple times. I’m done calling them. I’m no longer going to pay the bill. They can either pick up the trash and yard waste or pick up their cans for good. I don’t care at this point.

They gave me multiple contradicting information on the phone. One person said one thing and another said something else. When I asked for a refund, they said that we do not do a refund. To not loose my $120, I decided to stay with them for May, June, July and then cancel and go with another company. They did not even pick up our neighbors recycling trash. I personally helped my neighbor put it out the night before, yet they lied and said that the drivers did not see a trash can outside. This company is a fraud. You pay them for service, yet they never fulfill their commitments.

Horrible….. Called for weeks to find out why my trash hasn’t been pick up. I was told the first time that the driver didn’t know I had two bins to be dumped. The second time I was told my bin was not four feet away from a pole. I was never informed that the bins had to be 4 feet away from the pole because my bins are always in the same place. Must be a new driver because now there is always trash left behind in the streets and they don’t get out to clean up. My trash has been sitting for weeks and I’ve made several calls and each time I was giving a different excuse as to why my trash hasn’t been picked up. Then I was told it’s 25 bucks to come back out. Customer service reps do not provide quality service and the drivers are not providing quality service. Horrible company who do not value its customers.

AVOID using KC Disposal they are just as bad as Deffenbaugh. I have used this company since their early years starting out. I had even met the owners and appreciated their vision for the company. Which initially was to treat the customers well and provide great trash service. The bigger they got the worse it has become. We paid for trash and recycling, come to find out once Covid hit and we had to work from home, we got to see that they just dump the recycling bin in the trash truck. So we have to do our own recycling now taking it to a center ourselves. And now we are moving. We sold our house and called to terminate service. They will not give a refund for the months we paid but won't be using(since they bill quarterly) and told us "well you knew you were selling so you should have changed it to monthly" - Lacy. News flash most customers do not know the ins and outs of your company, I had no idea monthly was an option as quarterly was all I was allowed to do when I first signed up. And the cherry on top of that?!?! When I cancelled Monday (which is trash day for me) Cassie said that they would pick up my bin on Tuesday and they did not. So we called today, Wednesday, to ask why they didn't pick up and they said we would have to take the bin back ourselves (which we have no way of doing). Just terrible, very very terrible.

Your customers need to know what scheduled days you pick up their trash, just like on the old website. Can't seem to find this info now.

I believe they want then in those brown bags only...I never have seen any of my neighbors with limbs or branches left out for pickup just the large brown bags. so I dont believe they pick up loose debri. That is just from what I have observed.

I put a large cardboard box in my recyclying bin that barely kept the lid open and they skipped my house.
Yes trash will be picked up on Memorial Day. We only close on Thanksgiving & Christmas.
It will be picked up on Tuesday. Check us out on Facebook we will always update our customers for the holiday pickups.
If your pick up day is Friday this week it will be Saturday
