Update 8/27/22 - had a delivery here, at North Side of the building. They did not require appointment, FCFS. Got here 11:45pm and now it is 8am and they saying that they have a shift change just now and will start unloading. (Heard same thing last night). All drivers here are saying the same thing. They need 12+ hours to get you loaded or unloaded. Good luck. It is first come first serve facility. 4+ hours to get loaded. I had apt at 21:00, Had a guy loaded before me and he had apt at midnight. He showed up first and got out way before me. It is now midnight and still not loaded.

If you are unable to get load from somewhere else then pick load from this facility. No doubt office staff is friendly but no restroom here and you may have to wait more that 12 hrs.

It's a nice one! Arrived at 11:25 at the gate for 11:30 pickup, there was a trainee at guard shack so it was not fast check in. They asked me to slide tandems and park at the yard then walk 0.5 mile to the shipping office. After all the procedures the shipping person decided to charge me a late fee of 75$ because I didn't meet the 30 minute grace period from the time I arrived and the time when I finally got to a shipping office. I wish some day those management would be behind the wheel and feel the same respect.

Yep, great delivery. I was docked and unloaded before my appt. Don't think I was on the dock more than about 35 minutes. Friendly people, nice staging parking, E-Z docks to hit.

I've been sitting in their parking lot , waiting go my appointment, got here 5 hrs ago, 1 hr after my appointment and still sitting in the parking lot. Last time for this guy. F this place.
Because they think they can. Little do they realize come December broker firms and trucking companies wont keep drivers and think may change. Lineage used to take 30 hours to load! Last time i was there it took 8 hours. Either way, its a nightmare logistically and i will refuse to move freight out of that facility again
