I have lived at this trailer park since 2020. There is constantly a water problem, Where our water is shut off without notice constantly. Call the office and if you don’t get sent to an answering service your lucky. The answering service is always nice and never knows what’s going on, they can only send a message to the office. They have changed owners and managers multiple times within just the past couple years and nothing is ever changed or working for the better. Also if your renting they continuously add extra fees and more at first our trailer it was $850/month in edwardsville trailer park. Now two years later its 1,200.

This park is the worst. Wish I never moved in here. The maintenance crew is a joke and dirty. They don’t know how to fix anything and if they have a small idea of how to it’s half way done but mostly they don’t even come out to look to see the problem let alone come to fix anything. The office can’t ever get anything straight and is so disorganized also rude. Just over all a joke and money pit. Also most people who live here have serious issues with mold through out their homes and the place doesn’t even care or do anything about it.
