Avoid this office. Stay very far away. The person that answers the phones seriously has no brain. They are super money hungry. They will make you come in for no reason other than to bill your insurance. You will never see the real doctor only the nurse practitioners. Also, they will hold your prescriptions and medical documents hostage. After years of dealing with them we are so happy to never have to go to that dirty office again.

Was referred to this doctor by my primary. After sitting with the nurse practitioner she explained to me that I would see the doctor. She comes back a few moments later asking if I could wait I said of course. Ten minutes later she came back and said the “doctor did not need to see me”. Unprofessional I’m sorry. How can you have a patient come intro your office and not see them ? They sure as hell charged my insurance. Not to mention not a very clean office. STAY AWAY.

I'm with Dr. Fili and Beatriz for many years, my diabetes are under control thanks to them, the office staff is professional and helpful, I never have a problem to schedule appointments or obtain information, Beatriz is very professional and you can contact her by email at any time, she's always respond quickly. Even when my insurance don't cover for them I never think change of my specialist. I love them!...Highly recommended!

A doctor that is all about patient care, not the dollar. Treated my mom for many years. Beatrize the Nurse Practitioner is also amazing, and has magic hands. Her blood draws are practically painless (still don't know how she does it, lol). They were so honest, they advised us that now that my mom is better, she didn't need as many appointments, and could get the same treatment with her PCP, who was in her insurance network. Though it's been many years, since my mom was their patient, I came across their name during a doctor search, and decided to leave a review, to let them know, there are many out here, whose lives they have touched.
