We were treated exceptionally well by the staff. They were pleasant and efficient. They gave off the impression of being proud to have us staying in their property. It was cool to feel so valued. The rooms were spacious and in good shape. We had a great view on the 5th floor and the multiple hot tubs was an awesome addition. Breakfast was hot and consistent, and we were allowed to self-park because the hotel wasn't busy. I will definitely stay here again!

You have a great view at this hotel. The location is so convenient that you can get to the Keystone resort in 2 minutes, the Breckenridge and Vail resorts in half an hour or so. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I'll stay here again in the future.

Great value for the money spent. The location is great, walking distance to the mountain. The hotel is understaffed, but the staff are always in a chipper mood. Our room was clean and spacious with a beautiful view of the mountains and small lake.

Basic hotel that provides decent value. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Provided breakfast was plentiful with many options. Only issue was parking which was very tight.

The pet policy for all Hyatt hotels says 50lbs or less. However, it's not as if a staff member will actually weigh your pet upon arrival.
Yes absolutely
The property that the hotel is on does not have enough room for RVs or trailers. However, if you call the hotel during the day while the resort is open, management might be able to work it out with resort parking and maintenance where oversized vehicles can be parked in the North Shuttle lot about half a mile away.
