*AVOID* 2 stars because employees were easy to work with. As far as car services, we spent 2,500$, came in two separate times, and they still didn’t fix or diagnose our car correctly. After that, we lost trust in their ability to fix our car and keep costs to a minimum, so we put our trust in another mechanic. Other mechanic fixed it the first time for 500$. I do NOT recommend Complete Car care Encinitas unless you have extra money to throw around.

Brandon and everyone at Complete Car Care are excellent! I have had some car issues the past few months and they’ve worked with me closely to find the proper solution. I love how transparent they are regarding what they’re doing and why they’re doing it. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

I called for a smog test and they had me come in without an appointment. Check in was quick, the test took 20 minutes. When I came back from a short walk to Starbucks my car was pulled up front to the entrance ready to go. I paid and was on my way. Every experience with Complete Auto Care is the same; they understand what it means to be in the service business. We’ll use them again and again.
