The staffs are always very helpful and patient. I first had a light that was not purchased there but had trouble to install. Jenny gave me so much advice even went back to see if they have parts that I could use she even follow up with me by email! After that I went there to get 3 beautiful chandeliers. They carry high quality products so I wouldn't compare them to Home Depot or Lowe's.

I've been shopping here for years. Always my go to. Always the best price. And by the way, the haven't carried shades for years. Not sure where that bad review came from. Strange they would sell you shades they don't carry.
