No one checked my husbands id, date of birth, nothing. Then the nurse came in speaking at such a high volume in the tiny room while prepping for surgery. They grabbed the wrong chart telling him he was having a different surgery. Then to top it all of the nurse not only made a weight comment but she stood at the nurses station cussing. I am not at all pleased with the nursing staff thus far.

My mother Scheduled outpatient carpel tunnel surgery for 11 am. She was admitted at 10:50 AM I waited in parking lot. She called me at 1:15 PM, she had been left in a room for more than 2 hours with no one checking on her no water no call button no information. She had not had food or water since she was directed not to since the night before. Shes 84 years old. She called me to get someone’s attention! She was scared and having anxiety that she had been forgotten. I sympathize with health care workers, but don’t call that health care! She went into surgery at 2:00 PM and no one could tell me that until they called the surgeons phone. Good grief! Let’s not let Covid be an excuse for everything! If you don’t have people to provide care, don’t schedule it!

My sister went to the ER and never came home. Was in the ER for hours with what they say was bronchitis. Her death cert said maybe this as we didn't get any ct scans.

I had surgery on my knee at Bigfork 2 years ago and was totally impressed by the care i received.I just had another surgery to repair my achilles tendon. The care i got was totally fantastic. The staff really cares and are very professional. They make you feel like family. Dr.Baker is an outstanding surgeon and did another great job on me. From the time i checked in to the time i was discharged i could not have asked for better care . I would highly recommend Bigfork Valley and Dr Baker to anyone. Thank You Your the best
