Working with hour glass optical has thus far been the best experience I have had in working with an optician. Their service is remarkably quick, and even when a specific sort of lens was not immediately ready on a weekend, they graciously provided me with temporary lenses to allow me to use my new frames in the meantime. They take pride in their work, and they take good care of their customers!

I live very close by and saw that they had good reviews so I came in because I needed some new eyeglasses. In the reviews that I read, they mention that they were very dog friendly and encourage customers to bring their dogs by. I did just that and brought my dogs over and purchased three pairs of glasses that were ready within 24 hours. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, I’m very very happy with my glasses and with the whole experience. I’ll definitely be coming by to visit and say hi, and I’ll be bringing my dogs too! I definitely recommend Hour Glass Opticians for anyone on the west side, or even further, it will be worth the drive! I’m just lucky enough to live close by.

Excellent service!!! I searched Consumer Reports magazine for the best Eyeglass & Contact Lens Stores, and they were right on the money. Independent eyeglass shops are the best per Consumer Reports, and so is Hour Glass, Inc. They have the best Customer Service, the best Care Taken To Fit Frames And Lenses Correctly, and the best Quality Of Frames And Lenses. I had a wonderful experience! Thank you!

I literally traveled to L.A. for a few weeks and one of my main stops had to be at Hour Glass.I have never been at a store with such personable service & such a perfect curated selection of stunning frames.
