Absolutely the way it should BE! Jon runs this place like a navy ship. I had an iffy experience the first time i went when one employee was having an off day and we had a disagreement. I contacted Jon and let him know....Let me tell you--I have NEVER had a business reply in such a professional and to the point manner. 1st visit-Sanuki Olive 12oz and Duroc Baby Backs...2nd visit-Takamori 12 oz, Motobu 12 oz, Duroc St Louis ribs.... What can i say? It top level japanese wagyu. Not A5, but A5+! All 3 were absolutely sublime and a meal to remember. Highly recommended even with the high sticker price. Duroc- Man oh man. I have never had better ribs then the st louis durocs...well maybe the iberico st louis ribs were on par ;) The place is ran right. Jon is like the butchers from previous eras when there was a butcher on every block. He is friendly, personable, eager to please and just an all around good guy. Selection of meats is vast! Lots of dry aged steaks. Lots of sausages... Just a wonderful place... Highly recommended

If you go to Huntington Meats & Sausages, take a cooler and take home some meat. If you like German sausage and ham the quality of the products here are excellent. The staff answered all of my questions and sliced up my sausage just the way I wanted.
