Simply the finest meat and ingredients for sale. There is only a handful of places I trust to provide good quality meats and fish this being one of them, it's out of my daily routine but I enjoy making a trip to stock up on everything I need. I would always support privately owned business and I trust these guys implicitly.

Simply the best butcher/fishmonger/bakery in Los Angeles!! It's the only shop I've found that stores and presents the produce on cold slabs/trays. Genuine care is taken to prevent contamination and keep the produce dry but not dried out. No blood and no melting ice, just fresh and clean food professionally cut and portioned; it reminded me of the best stores in Japan and Europe. The quality and freshness of all their food is exceptional. I'd highly recommend calling them before hand if you're looking for any special cuts or if you want guaranteed quantities of anything. They'll be more than happy to oblige!!

Please Don't Feed The

Fast friendly service and high quality beef, poultry and fish. They also special order things like organ meat with no minimum order quantity which is great. I was really intimidated buying meat again after 6 years as a vegan and they don't make me feel stupid or annoying for being indecisive or asking questions.
