I always have to drive out of my way to the next Wendy's cuz they never wanna take my order or say they are currently closed. If you're always closed then why is there always employees inside watching us pull up.

I have tried to go to this Wendy’s 4 times in the past two months. TRIED being the keyword. I have never actually gotten any food here. They always have some reason as to why I can’t get lunch! Their systems have been down and can’t take orders, they are constantly out of this and out of that making it impossible to get anything. It’s almost humorous at this point! Oh well I think I’ll give up on this one

Today marks the 5th consecutive time I've come to this Wendy's and been told they can't accept any orders because the system is down. If you don't serve lunch, just say that.

Sat for 30 minutes in the drive thru to pick up a mobile order only to be told they didn’t have it. Showed them the mobile receipt, order, and all, and was told tough luck.

Some managers are not on pin point when it comes to cleaning their restaurants. It could also be from filters that are not turned over as early as they should be. The grease pit where the fry oil goes probably needs to be vacuumed cleaned more often, or, unlucky for you, you might be a Super Smeller. You notice all orders when those around you cannot smell what you can & think yer nuts. A girl I know is a Super Smeller, I'm not & alot of times think she's loony toons! I would say it's probably a Franchise store & they lack the QC that you except. That's opposed to a Corp. store. The Corp, that owes Wendy's is in Atlanta if you've a mind to call, tho' they might still have an office outside Columbus, Ohio where Dave Thomas started it all. Lastly you could try another Wendy's or quit going all together. My wife, as an aside, managed a store here in the Detroit area for 5 yrs. Couldn't stand a dirty (smelly) or just plain crappy store. Hell, we used to eat there!
