I got there at 12:40 pm and asked for a pedicure. I was told to take a seat and wait 10 minutes. I am realistic so I knew it was going to be more like 20 to 30 minutes and I was ok with that. Then all of a sudden someone else arrives, they seat the person and start their pedicure while I was still waiting for mine. Sadly I won't be returning, they always take a while to seat you, but lately it seems they cannot keep track of who is there first and their costumer service has been getting worst

Completely destroyed my nails. removed acrylic with a plastic nail tip digging under my old acrylic instead of using the drill bit. My nails are ruined and hurt to the touch. when i left there was nail polish all over my fingers. woman was rude, and wouldn’t give me a fill. please do NOT go here.
