This is a review of the actual venue and not a specific event I went to. The place itself is really cool. Parking is a nightmare. It's one way in all the way down. It's like impossible to navigate. I've been there many times and still couldn't explain the lots. There could be some more traffic directors instead of just people there on the sides. I wish there was parking else where & you could bus in or something. I also wish there was more trees or shade options. Insomniac always puts in a lot of seating, or cool off stations, but it's not everyone's been wide awake since 1993 so they don't think about stuff like that. the trees and foliage that is there is amazing. It is a super nice area, and the weather is always manageable.

The amphitheater had lots of portable restrooms, a water station, and several food trucks. The food was pricey and the drinks equally expensive. Not a lot of shade areas or places to sit. The staff also seemed very disorganized and not well trained.

I was there at nocturnal this weekend had a real great time. Parking was a bit much of a wait and was to far from the venue. Other than that I felt that security was good. Friendly people that made the venue possible. I had a great time for a two day event make sure you take sun screen if your gonna be there all day. Great music great people. Make sure you leave early if your not trying to get stuck trying to leave when everyone is leaving. The drinks were expensive just like any other venue. Make sure you bust out the drinks before you get there so that you can spend half the money you would. This year they had a good line up. Hope to see you guys in the future at the next event. The tickets are cheap if you get them at the beginning of the year. 20 dollars a month till you pay it off something like that. Besides that I have nothing to say about other venues that they have there so don't ask. Peace and love to my insomniacs.

June 12, 2021 ππ ππβ₯οΈβ₯οΈ VVC Commencement The place was huge, definitely was able to accommodate everyone. Plenty of parking spaces. The restrooms are close by (gate1). Even though the weather was hot, it turns out just fine with the stage blocking the sun. There was the friendly staff that directed us where to go. Overall, great place for events.

Was there last night and people had blankets and lawn chairs
When I went people were vaping all over the place. And smoking in their seats. Far as I know, no one complained.
Went to one show there and it took an hour and a half to get an Uber and it was 5x surge pay! Cost us $22 to get there and $150 to get back!
Chairs, yes. Not sure about coolers
Call box office im only saying this because i don't really no and id never replie with imformation im not sure of...
People with RV's get there at 12:00 noon to set up tables and grill. The cars and pick up trucks get there around 2:00pm. But get there before 4:30 and none of the parking lots will be full yet.
Yes, you can tailgate in all of the parking lots, the first parking lot to the south, is the main parking lot with grass, the north parking lot is the VIP parking lot with dirt, the parking lot across the street, west, is dirt and the fastest way to get out, after the show
Last time we went we Uber and had a very hard time getting a Uber back because so many people were requesting them.
I smoke at all of them! It's 420 somewhere!
Light of the world church Holy Supper
They have in Grass and dirt I was in VIP Handicap and it was dirt and my niece was in VIP in the grass
Double check with the venue, because they may have different rules for certain events.
Perhaps thr rules are different depending on the producer of the show, and the venue itself. For music festivals, they don't allow food from the outside, but you can bring a blanket. Your best bet is to seek information through your event. Every event has different rules. I wish you the best in finding answers.
As far as I know they are not allowed but of course I saw people with them π
Midight but get there early as parking lots get full the farther you are when exiting the venue. People start leaving at 11:30... They rent lawn chairs for $10 online for how the west was won
Yes, I used my card once, one of the attendants has a card reader.
Yup.... from the mud in the parking lot to the blood in the mosh pit, it's goin down!π
I don't think so.
I seen people with chairs when I went to concerts. There's a lawn area.
Yes, its a open area and they sell food and drinks, its resturants that have locals in there, hope i helped resolve you question.
They don't even allow umbrellas
Yes they have a completely wheelchair accessible venue.
5pm, unless you have vip parking, the walk is about 5 minutes to the amphitheatre. Traffic entering the area usually starts to back up as well about an hour before the concert. They park you in grassy areas in the park surrounding the venue. Keep in mind that getting out will take a while because all the cars will be backed up, exiting the area, sometimes up to two hours! Bring lots of patience! Its a great place for a show, but the logistics kind of suck.
Yes, if still available. They have a box office.
Allowed: LOTION SUNBLOCK 2 SEALED BOTTLES OF WATER PER PERSON (no bigger than 1 gallon) MATCHES SEALED CIGARETTES FOOD, 1 GALLON ZIP LOCK BAG SUNGLASSES DISPOSABLE CAMERAS BAGS/BACKPACKS/PURSES/FANNYBACKS HATS SEALED TAMPONS SEALED CHAPSTICK VAPE PENS/E-CIGS (NO refill juice/extra tanks) SMALL BLANKETS/TOWELS LOWBACK BEACH CHAIRS SITTING PILLOWS BINOCULARS
Yea a side street but its tricky o.O
No just on day of show
RE: Blocking Taxis.... A (any) business cannot be held responsible for the actions of individual people. RE: Parking Next time request a Lyft. Don't hold yourself back from events that could possibly help enrich your life. Call a Lyft!
Once youre in you can't go outside anymore
I think you can go to the lawn
You really cant do bonfires but if you go to rock concert it happens all the time
A couple hundred can fit down there, last night most people sat. Mellow show
Lawn chairs allowed, not sure about alcohol. Show was good. Parking still retarded.
If you have a Woman Purse or Carry-on Bag they will not let you in unless it's in a See-through Plastic Bag...*Catch...they sell them there. Lol
Anything on paper from a professional should be fine
You can show them your vaccine card but depending on county regs you might still have to wear a mask hope this helps I use to work up there
I am not sure but socail distortion is playing pretty soon. At 5 points
Just blankets they have stands for everything else food water liquor
Concert wise...., I believe none. Lawn section people usually have beach towels or blankets.
It's a very beautiful place but for an Event need to buy there refreshments okay no matter what of an Event okay. Also there Park is beautiful no BBQ OKAY Fire Jazard depending on the Parks okay need to be precautions
What's the event?
Yes. Call thier info line.
That's how ticket prices are n how they make their money
Yes sr
There should be many shows. Most probably haven't been announced yet.
Either. Sometimes it's a few dollars cheaper online but online or at the booth are either way you can get them. π
That's what I thought, but I prefer stubhub, so I'll stick with that.
Even though Glen Helen Amphitheatre is a private venue bringing alcohol and/or marijuana in can result in your expulsion from the park. With that being said some events "overlook" some instances of toking up provided no problems start up. That's my take on it. Enjoy!
Good question for san bernadino sheriff
Why the heck of a time getting phone service and the people that work there a point me to a couple areas that they said was better than others but it's very spotty I'm with Verizon as it my phone Carrier and I find that to be pretty reliable throughout the nation but that was pretty horrible their
8am
U can look it up on there website and check for up coming events
Depends on show. For the system of a down show, most expensive beer was 18
Yes you can, but you probably will not get good seats
Check your ticket. Most events at the amphitheater are "Rain or Shine"
Yes bring chairs and blankets. They have a large lawn section
You're allowed to sit wherever you want on a first come first serve basis. Get there early to get near the front of the lawn!
They sell inside. No outside drinks are allowed
Private I believe is gated off.
Should be call the actual box office to San Manuel they should direct you.
Depends on how close you want to park, $50 for VIP, $20 otherwise
Depends on the event and who's setting up. Though there's a field near the deep center, and close to the performance stage there are chairs installed.
Not sure about that ..might have to pay extra?
It's NOCTURNAL RAVE BABYY!!!! WE'RE GONNA GET LITTER THAN A CHINESE FIREWORKS FACTORY.
7am
Yeah nothing close by, best bet is to stay near Victoria Gardens Outdoor mall or Ontario Mills Outlet so you can shop the next day.
So you can't bring a chair to art laboe concert on September 7th 2019 so that means we have to rent chairs from you? How much are the rentals?
Its all the same
Lawn seating is lawn seating. No difference.
I believe it's 6:30 p.m.
You can tailgate early.
Every concert I've been to at Glen Helen do not allow chairs. Some concerts there you can up grade your tickets for chair rentals. About 40 bucks extra.
There is no limit age and the concert part depents on the event
Lawn seats don't have sections. First come first sit.
Im going to guess about 11 p.m. i work crowd management and I expect to be cut at 1130 p.m. Typically I am cut 30 minutes after concert is over.
Not sure where that is but anything thats to the front have seats just the grass area is no seats
I think that would be a question for the box office directly.
No unless your trying 2 buy alcohol from one of the merchandise tent
I was never able to bring mine. At the gate they would make me take him back to my car. Then when I got in the venue I saw people with them.
Yeah you'll be fine just let each other know which Iron Maiden shirt you're wearing and meet up that way.
There are certain areas for wheelchairs but if you buy tickets for another area they will still allow you to sit in those areas. They are just gated little sections that hold 10-15 people each, not numbered seats. My s.o. is in a wheelchair and we've went there many times. But buy accessible seats if you can but if not buy what you can and they'll work with you.
It's the celebration of the Holy Supper of the church The Light of the World, on February 14 is the day of this celebration and you can arrive as a guest, the service will begin at 1:00 p.m.
I've went once and I have no idea what the rules are. You should give them a call and ask.
I really don't know. You might want to call.
There are multiple parking lots, 2 on the same side of the venue, 2 across the street and 2 on the other side of the freeway!
Best Western Cajon Pass. Right off the 15 and 138.
15-20 min away
Glenn Hellen amphitheatre admin office
No
Unless you're camping... I believe there is no reentry
Normally its 20 for v.i.p.
It all depend of what kind of concert is it cause mostly it 5yrs n older...
I'm not too sure if they are or not if they aren't I seem to remember there was allot if wheelchairs on the pavement right below the lawn at the top of the last section of seats which is a better seat then the lawn you should call Ann's ask for sure though and let me meet you in on a little secret of mine I always buy lawn seats and as soon as I get in I go straight to guest services and ask if they have any upgrades and they will trade you your lawn seat for a great seat in the first section or Pitt if you want for only twenty dollars extra hope this helps
5 pm
Just as important.....what time would you expect getting out of the parking lot when the concert is over at midnight? Correct answer for me was 2AM. Horrible parking lot traffic control!
Yes

Yes. Lawn chairs and blankets are allowed.
A little common sense says no and why would you bring a pet to a concert unless its for them directly.

Haven't seen any Sky boxes. The VIP section is just in front of the stage
I don't know. I just went to the Art Loboe concert
I saw some there, so i would guess that they do.
U can purchase VIP when u get to the venue
Idk look it up!
Yes, as long as the pac has the complete cellophane on the pac. You will have to throw them away. Even if you smoked one.
No, you can bring a blanket sometimes. You might want to call the company to doublw check.
When i got my tickets the rule states no you cant but when I got there people had chairs thier coolers they were just chillen waiting for the concert to start in parking lot i was on the lawn no one had chairs.
Yes you have to pay for parking, it's like $20 and $30 for so called VIP, and be prepared to wait 3 HOURS (no joke) to leave. I don't think they'll allow lawn chairs, security there are very rude. If I were you I wouldn't go to this venue. It was my worst experience ever, and I've had cancer before. It not worth it.
We were there like an hour before you know they say no tail gating but there were when i went. So you can get there pretty early and just chill with friends
They also do will call.
I've seen RVs parked there at a couple different concerts.
They claim things like water is fine but I've had security force me to toss my small bottle of water. This place is awful. Don't go here.
