The church has a mens home and a woman home. There is a church on 2nd Street right after the park about a block down that feeds the homeless hot meals . I believe it is on Thursday at 11am hot meal to in the back.look it up on Google i forgot the name of the church sorry. Its a white building.
When you say youngster how old is he cuz he needs to be 18 years old and older and is he on any mental medication? A lot of homes don't take residence with mental issues because there's too many liabilities you can also try the Dream Center in downtown LA they have housing for every type of person you can find me on Facebook at Milo Carrasco and if you're interested I'll give you more info

One thing bro Victory Outeach does not have a mental facility and two it's a Christian Discipleship Rehabilitacion Program. If he's looking for some kind of mental health I recommend him to go the Cedar House Life Changing Center. Their the one's that could help him out the most their a rehab/mental facility that'll help you get off drugs and do a mental evaluation on you to see where you're at and they'll send you to a doctor and give you the medication you need to get you stable again and it's all free you can stay there for up to 3 months. As long as you have medical and then they will help you find a place to go after your done with the Cedar House. Believe me that facility is way better now you eat real good they have a big indoor gym/weight pyle.
