I have a friend who is needing a place to love him and understand his problems at this moment has no where to stay , he's been told to get help from victory out reach mental health , but he doesn't know how to contact cause if wrong information .

One thing bro Victory Outeach does not have a mental facility and two it's a Christian Discipleship Rehabilitacion Program. If he's looking for some kind of mental health I recommend him to go the Cedar House Life Changing Center. Their the one's that could help him out the most their a rehab/mental facility that'll help you get off drugs and do a mental evaluation on you to see where you're at and they'll send you to a doctor and give you the medication you need to get you stable again and it's all free you can stay there for up to 3 months. As long as you have medical and then they will help you find a place to go after your done with the Cedar House. Believe me that facility is way better now you eat real good they have a big indoor gym/weight pyle.
