Spent the last week looking for furniture at many furniture stores had delt with many rude and pushy employees. Decided to go to big lots the delt with Robert the manager was the most pleasant experience was very helpful not pushy would recommend anybody looking for good furniture without the hassle.

I purchased 2 Easter inflatables that were shown in the weekly ad. I tried to purchase online however I have nothing but problems with that system so I called my local store & the manager set aside the 2 items for me.

Staff was a great help to me...they were busy but kept me feeling that they were aware and took care of my needs quickly and detailed...TKU LADIES I NEEDED THAT ATTENTION TODAY....I was in some pain. You guys were wonderfully and they didn't know anything about it.

This store has good deals on furniture and groceries and many other departments... I was planning to give them a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ but due to some of the product don't have the prices on the shelves or on the product I will give them a 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ since they are stocking the store with new products and are doing a store inventory.. as a customer I will like to see the prices posted on the shelves or in the product to make a better decisions on it.
