We recently upgraded our software system. The software was adding the refill number to the end of the prescription number; which our phone system was not recognizing. We have since corrected this. If your Rx bottle has the additional numbers listed please exclude these when typing it into the phone system. When you receive your next labeled bottle this will be corrected for you. I’m sorry for the inconvenience. If you have any further questions don’t hesitate to speak with one of our associates.
