So glad HEB does not enforce masks. Wear one if you like, but it should be our choice. The staff at HEB pharmacy is always helpful.

called and asked if script was ready, lady said yes but "we close at 8:30 sharp." i told her i'd be there before 8:30 and i really needed to pick up this prescription. pulled to drive they at 8:29 (time on phone) and the window is closed and dark.

Poor service. Very rude. I was told that we can only do so much with two people. However they had two other pharmacy people there, they were up front by the doors offering free blood pressure tests. The tables were blocking the handicap baskets. My mother had to climb across them to get to the one that was not blocked in and neither one of the clerks offered any help. I used to like this HEB but it is no longer a friendly store.
