I gladly write this review. We were in the process of returning from Kentucky. We were 33 miles from home when we heard a loud pop. Ooops, no power steering or power brakes. We coasted to the side of the 10 FWY in Cabazon. After dealing with the incompetent AAA trying to arrange a tow for 5 hours we gave up and got a ride home. We decided to deal with our RV on Saturday. In the morning I called Wagner and Dave (who is the owner) answered the phone. Totally friendly and professional. He had a great mechanic meet us at our RV and he quickly analyzed the problem and commenced the repair. Throughout, this entire process Dave kept us totally informed and kept in constant contact with us to make sure everything was progressing appropriately. His mobile mechanic worked his buns off to get us back on the road. I highly recommend anyone in need of rescue use this service! These folks are all about helping people in need! Note to those of you who have an RV and have AAA for towing, look for another service as they were absolutely worthless.

Dave has been exceptional! We purchased a used RV and are very green when it comes to owning one. We brought it to Wagner to have it fully inspected so we knew what we were working with. They checked it head to toe, fixed any issues it had, and educated us on things to know and even gifted us with parts we were missing and would need. We’d recommend Wagner to anyone with an RV or considering getting one. They’ve truly been great at showing up for us and we are very thankful to have such a great reliable shop so close to home.

Such good people! Our solar panels weren't working so we went in to get some help! They found just a loose wire, so they decided not to charge us and they fixed it no problem! Such amazing service and people. Grateful we got to go there.

We were camping in our truck camper between Christmas and New Years Day near Joshua Tree NP when our new water heater started smoking. We were so lucky to have called Wagner. They looked at it immediately and diagnosed and fixed the wiring problem in about 10 minutes. Wonderful service! Thank you!
