A wonderful shop a little of the beaten path. We had sampled their cheese at a winery and decided to stop and get some more to take home. The staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely worth a stop if you are near by.

I had the fortune to be in the area for a family wedding and this shop came highly recommended from all the locals so I just had to make a trip. Once you arrive the shop doesn't look like much from the outside, but don't let that fool you! Once inside the owner, who is a total sweetheart, greeted me with a smile and that warm Wisconsin "Hey, how are ya?" followed quickly by a few samples of a Gouda, Cheddar and Munster. I knew I wanted to get a wheel of cheese for my team back in LA at SpaceX, and she had just the thing! A five year cheddar was setup to ship with ice via FedEx as easy as could be and soon I was browsing the four cases for my own cheesey choices. They have so much available in their shop, and I couldn't pick just one so I grabbed some flavored cheeses, aged cheddar, specialty meats, and even fresh curds with that signature squeak. Are you a discerning charcuterie connesuer or just a fan of quality authentic cheese? They ship the cheese anywhere and have ice packs, so what's stopping you? So when in Rome... you head to the Benoit Cheese Haus! Update: the team at SpaceX had an epic grilled cheese party today!
