Small, independent bakeries can be an absolute gem and that's what Ashland Baking Co is. I got a blueberry danish and I'm still thinking about that buttery, flakey crust. I'll definitely come back to try other things when visiting Ashland in the future.

Not much was open on a Monday, so were we glad to see a bakery with an open door! We ordered a chocolate peanut butter oat bar and a chocolate caramel brownie. What a sweet treat on our mural walk! Excellent service as well!

The bittersweet chocolate mousse cake is mind-blowing, guys. Unassuming exterior but don't let it fool you. Friendly staff and lots of baked deliciousness to choose from inside.
