My mother an elderly lady, bought a dryer from Ashland Sears and it broke under a year of use. The dryer was under warranty still. As of now, she's gone little under 4 months without a dryer. Sears finally gets the parts from China, AND THEN Sears schedules the repair a month out to be serviced. So here's my mother, skating all winter with her basket full of clothes to and from the laundromat. No offer for rental dryer either.
