Shocks broke first time driving my Son Of A Grave Digger Truck. Can’t ever get ahold of anyone regarding fixing it. Plus they took out TWO payments in one month when my last payment wasn’t until next month! Will never ever buy anything from here again and I’ll be letting my RC club about my experience. Will take my business else where. Super upset.

The ARRMA products are junk, I've owned 2 trucks and they both stopped working in a month of use. There customer support sucks too!

Bought an arrma senton 4x4 ,out of the box the battery was bad, customer service was so slow and wouldn't respond i had no choice but to buy another battery (not from horizon). After a total of 9 runs with the new truck the front shock fell apart due to poor design and assembly, it basically came unglued, yeah glued. When I finally got horizon to address the warranty they didn't have any batteries and they refused the shock claim stating wear and tear ,lol wow what nerve, the shocks are garbage . I had also bought a horizon helicopter that just flips over and refuses to stabilize ,I see many report from others that this happens alot. I'll being avoiding all horizon products,no wonder they are on verge of bankruptcy.

I was experiencing some difficulties with the programming of my avc for my Losi 8ight and I went to see them for help, I got more than the help I needed. The staff is super friendly and professional and so knowledgeable on their product. I cant say enough about Horizon Hobby in Ontario. I really recommend them. The negative reviews I have read are nothing of the sort that I experienced. I want to say thank you and job well done Horizon Hobby.
